Our second graders can't LEGO of their books! Those who earned their AR goals for this quarter enjoyed a well-deserved party Friday afternoon!

Reminder, There will be no school on Monday, October 13, 2025, for students. It is a Teacher Planning Day, so our educators can prepare for another great quarter of learning!

We have met ANOTHER Fall Fundraiser Basket Ticket Goal. Tomorrow will be CRAZY HAIR DAY!

We are continuing Principal Appreciation Month today by recognizing our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Rodgers! We are so thankful for her today and every day! Be sure to spread the love and encouragement for our admin team!!

We have almost hit $10,000 in ticket sales for our Fall Fundraiser! Keep selling and turning in those tickets! All students who sell 10 tickets this week will receive a snowcone!

Check out our after-school enrichment students! They collaborated to construct a functional wind vane using classroom materials and paper plates.

October is National Principals Month! Today we honor Principal Wheeler! Please be sure to share your appreciation for our administration all month long. Strong schools start with strong leadership! Thank you Mr. Wheeler!

Keep selling those tickets! All students who sell 10 tickets this week will earn a snow cone.

We are so excited to share the results of Shadeville’s book drive for Rock Your School! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Shadeville staff and families, we collected a total of 1,306 books for Family Promise of the Big Bend. These books will go to children in need throughout the Big Bend area, helping to provide meaningful resources for kids to enjoy.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated and supported this effort—you have truly made a difference in our community!

The WHS Jazz Band joined us for lunch to "ROCK" our school today!

The national Rock Your School theme this year is sports! To celebrate, Ms. Meyers’ fourth and fifth graders were able to review for their upcoming science tests by competing in teams for points. At the end, all of the students received a gold medal and sports themed snack! We rock everyday at Shadeville!

We have met our 1st fundraising goal with the basket fundraiser. Tomorrow will be a HAT DAY!
